Information on the processing of personal data (Law 196/03)
During browsing it may be required to release your personal data. According to the Article 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003, we give you notice that your personal data, collected on this web site, may be used for promotional purposes, advertising and marketing. The data processing will be also performed by means of the information technologies, paper and/or electronic support, capable to store, manage and transmit the data released; anyway by adequate means, in order to ensure their safety and confidentiality.

(Right of access to personal data and other rights)
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether the personal data concerning you exist or not, even if not yet registered, and also their communication in intelligible form.

2. You have the right to obtain information about:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment by electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, managers and assigned representative in accordance with the Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. You have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when necessary, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as far as their contents are concerned, to those to whom the data were communicated, unless this requirement turns out to be impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of the means to the protected right.

4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons concerning the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or for direct sale or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
